The hotel rooms are well maintained and clean, but terribly small with poor hygiene. The service is very well given but also includes instances of poor service. The location is great, facing Chamundi Hills and close to the Palace and Zoo, but a bit out of the way from main tourist sites. The dining experience is very nice overall. Facilities are adequate with some broken furniture observed.
